For sale here is a classic marcella waistcoat with square lapels. The back is the interesting style that includes a shoulder piece, this is intersected by the horizontal strap. The horizontal strap is missing its buckle or alternatively a button. 

Fit - 40 roughly

Condition -  Good but the buttons have been sewn on a bit wonky and need sewing more accurately ideally.
