Bespoke 1956 heavy military dinner trouser size 30 reg

For sale here are a very rare pair of ... well we aren't sure what.... We've seen a couple of pairs before but have never been exactly sure what they are. Presumably they are a dinner or dress trouser, possibly evening dress.
