Blue cotton double breasted blazer size 42 bespoke (?)

For sale here we have a great looking summer blazer with nice broad lapels, quirky paralellogram pockets, working cuff and top stitching and patterned lining. The last image is of the pockets of an identically cut but grey jacket.
