Naval tropical mess kit jacket size 38 40

For sale here we have a very rare vintage officers Mess jacket, we're not sure of the dates but it's pretty old. Also this isn't one of the basic cotton jackets, almost like bellboy jackets, it's a quality fabric with the shoulder boards.
