Vintage 1930's 1940's British rail blazer size 36 long

For sale here is a rare British rail navy overcoat in a very robust napped wool with three button cut. We've never seen one before and governmental items are always hard to date. It looks and has materials from the 30's but of course issued items are always a bit behind so could be later.

Fit - 36 long

Condition - Excellent , just needs a stitch in the right underarm.
