Vintage 1950's Savile Row dinner suit size 40
For sale here is an unusual 1952 Hawkes bespoke dinner suit. The suit is made in a single breasted peak lapel cut which is rare for the time. This is made more unusual by a lightweight textured cloth and the addition of a bespoke cumabund. The suit also features silk lining and a working cuff. Very stylish and unusual.

Sleeve - 25
Shoulder - 19
Length from top of collar - 31
Chest - 22
Trs - 32 ( 2": spare) x 30 (1.5 " spare)
Fit - The jacket is a 40 reg but the trousers are a 32 so you may want to let them out to 34.
Condition - Good in general but there are several holes that will need patching IN addition thre is wear to the top of the lapel facings where they meet he collar. In reality with some TLC its very wearable .
