Vintage 1960's Maxwell vine Savile Row dinner jacket and waistcoat size 42 long
A very rare and quite special Maxwell Vine dinner jacket and waistcoat from 1969. The suit was made in a slubby mohair with very unusual slim notch lapels, inset in satin, trimmed in a wavy braid and matching with the waistcoat. In addition the jacket features working cuffs and trimmed turn back cuffs. The suit is of course missing trousers but the fabric would allow for a regular barathea to be worn such is the contrast in those two fabrics. A truly special item.
