NATO military army Paratrooper smock jacket size 40 42

For sale here is a NATO paratrooper cotton jacket, we're not military specialists at all so can't give much info but I've not personally seen one like this before. 

Measurements

 Sleeve - 22.5

 Shoulder - 20

 Length from top of collar - 30

 Chest - 23

Fit - Size 2 which seems to be a 40 short but not sure. 

Condition - Good, needs a new zip and a little wear round the collar.
