Vintage Savile row bespoke midnight blue dinner suit size 44
A very very nice and quite unusual Savile Row dinner suit by EC Squire. The suit is made from a midnight blue wool, cut on the bias and with silk lining. Featuring working cuff and a very early example of a shawl collar in a really attractive shape. A very unusual item and just one of the best dinner suits you'll see.

Condition - Excellent, in some ways... the jacket cloth and lining haven't been used much at all but there are two issues. One is that the lapels need replacing, the other is that there are two holes in the trousers. One in the front left leg and one in the rear. So new lapels and a couple of patches and you're back on the road.
