Welsh & Jefferies bespoke military peacoat size 36 38

For sale here is a very unusual bespoke Welsh and Jefferies peacoat in army green. You'd assume that it would have been made by civilianising a greatcoat but unless it been done by using a very large one and completely remaking it then it can't be as there were only ever six buttons. There should also be a back pleat and half belt. The coat features a military button and also a working cuff.
