WW2 1930's 1940's army officers greatcoat size 36 38 long
For sale here is a beautiful example of an army officers greatcoat by Moss Bros. The coat is made from a fantastic fine weave serge and features a sort of coarse cotton / alpaca lining, deep gauntlet cuffs and wide DB fasten. The label plus the previously mentioned features make me fairly sure that this is pre WW2 but probably not that much older. The buttons have obviously been changed and I also suggest the red braid added later but possibly not. In addition the coat features a sword pocket and storm collar. This really is a fabulous example that just needs period buttons.

Condition - Excellent, probably the best we've ever had, like new.
