ARC 104 Savile Row 1963 shawl collar mohair dinner suit size 40 reg

For sale here we have what at first glance may seem like a regular shawl collar dinner suit from the 1960's and in a way it is but this is the real deal. This is a beautifully cut suit from Savile Row, in the style of a shawl collar dinner suit. The jacket has high armpits, waisted body and just hangs beautifully whilst the trousers are very high waisted and tapered as was the style but actually very suits from the period actually have this cut.  Its hard to put in to words what a nice and actually very rare items this is. You won't see a better example of a 60's shawl collar suit I don't think.

Fit - 40 reg, 

Condition - Excellent other than the silk trim on the cuffs and lapel which will need replacing, and a couple of the silk covered buttons.
