This policy sets out the delivery and returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Jake and Rebecca Hammond owners of


Postage is automatically calculated due to weight and country destination. Delivery costs include the cost of postage as well as packing materials etc.

All items will be dispatched within 72 hours. We aim to post all items within 24 hours of the order being placed however this is not always possible.  We do not do postage over the weekend or on bank holidays.

For UK items under 10kg we post via UPS next day delivery as standard. The courier used for international deliveries will vary, however we always post using an express signed for service. If you have a preference as to courier used please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Items like jackets and lighter suits are dispatched posted in a mailbag and larger items in a cardboard mailbox.

If the item is unsuitable then we ask that you let us know as soon as possible by emailing The item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you received it. You the buyer are responsible for paying the return postage. We highly advise you to use a 'signed for' service, as we will accept no responsibility for lost items.

All items are to be sent back in the same condition as they were received with all tags still attached. Any evidence of the item being worn / damage to the garment / removal of tags will not be tolerated and the garment will be returned to the buyer and a refund will not be issued.
