Delivery and returns
This policy sets out the delivery and returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Jake and Rebecca Hammond owners of Victory-Vintage.co.uk
Delivery
Postage is automatically calculated at checkout due to weight and country destination. Delivery costs include the cost of postage as well as packing materials etc.
Items are dispatched on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed after 9am on friday and before 9am on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders placed after 9am on Monday and before 9am on Friday will be dispatched on Saturday. In the instance that you need an item urgently please let us know and we will do our best.
UK items are sent via Royal Mail as standard. The courier used for international deliveries will vary, however we always endeavour to post using an express signed for service. If you have a preference as to courier used please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Items like jackets and lighter suits are dispatched posted in a mailbag and larger items in a cardboard mailbox.

Returns
If the item is unsuitable then we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. The item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you received it. Items returned after 14 days will be either refused or charged a restocking fee of 30% at our discretion. You the buyer are responsible for paying postage. We highly advise you to use a 'signed for' service, as we will accept no responsibility for lost items.

Please include your order number.
All items are to be sent back in the same condition as they were received with any tags still attached. Any damage to the garment / removal of tags will not be tolerated and the garment will be returned to the buyer and a refund will not be issued.
Please insure that customs declarations are correctly filled on international returns. In the instance that parcels are marked incorrectly and import charges are due to receive the parcel we will refuse it and return to sender.
