1950's Burtons grey heavy overcoat size 44

Here we have a classic heavy single breasted overcoat by Burtons from what looks like 1952 .

sleeve - 27.5

shoulder - 19

length - 45

Armpit to armpit  - 25

Fit - 44 reg

Condition - Button hole damage but otherwise very good.
