1960’s bespoke Italian lightweight jacket suit size 40 short reg

For sale here we have a rare summer / Autumn suit made in Italy in the 1960’s. The cloth is in some ways a very light tweed … but also a cotton summer fabric … The cut is classic 60’s three button with tapered trousers. 

However… the trousers and jacket aren’t really the same size, it looks like the trousers have been washed and are smaller than the jacket. Unless you have the jacket taken in and give the trousers a good press.

sleeve - 24.5

shoulder - 18

length - 30

Armpit to armpit  - 22.5

Trs - 33 (3” spare) x 26” ( 4” spare) 

Fit - 42 short/ reg in the jacket … 

Condition - Excellent but as mentioned really the trousers aren’t up to the jacket.
