+ New Linen Edwardian style Linen 3 piece suit size 40

For sale here we have a sample suit we made using a 1960's copy of an Edwardian double breasted jacket. The jacket is made from a light cream linen with silk taffeta lining ( has a lovely feel in the hand, not rough but with a fine texture). The jacket is fully canvassed and features a working cuff. We're very happy with how it turned out and will make more in the future but are initially focusing on formal waistcoats so its a unique piece and will probably remain that way. The trousers are a single pleat high back tapered but full cut shape and lined in a fine cotton. Proper layered waistband and brace buttons. The waistcoat was copied from a 20's day waistcoat and has no glue or fusing, rather a fine canvas inside. Lined in a fine cotton. Only slight issue is that if you look closely you can see that the canvas is darker than the cloth so shows through slightly but this isn't uncommon and not immediately noticeable. You could always do something about this.

Armpit to armpit  - 21

 Trs - 35 ( 1" spare) x 31 ( 2" spare) 

Fit - 40 reg, slightly long on the sleeve but linen tends to bunch slightly so a reg really. 

Condition - New, its linen and has been tried on and moved around a few times so ideally needs a press. Personally I'd change the cuff buttons to slightly smaller ones but that preference.
